Job Summary:
Supervise and direct production operators in meeting targets on quality, productivity, yield and delivery commitment independently.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct production operators in meeting production schedules and prepare production reports independently;

Adapt differing knowledge and skills to provide guidance to production staff, encourage teamwork and responsible for operator hiring and performance evaluation;
Ensure safe practices and good housekeeping on the shop floor;
Act as a coordinator between different functions to ensure production output meet targets on quality, productivity, yield and delivery commitment and solve any critical issues;
Ensure implementation of work instructions, and operating procedures;
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above with major in engineering or other related disciplines;
2+ years related working experience in a manufacturing environment;
Excellent management and communication skills;
Good problem solving ability;
Good English communication skill both in written and oral;
Good PC skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
？ Familiar with related process and technology is preferred;
？ Possess cross-functional work experience is preferred.
